An Agency or District if you will is NOT a person but an entity like a corporation. If such an entity (or Corporation) is NOT doing things properly and they have infringed upon/or done damage to someone's property through negligence, bad practices, or even illegal activities and procedures, it IS in all our due diligence to help ensure they correct such issues whether by contacting them about such things, or via legal procedures all American have by law and GOD.</font></p><p><font size="2">If the District is trying to do better as you say, they certainly can not prove it by me.</font></p><p><font size="2">All I know is that IF I were to go close to someone's property out here next to their well and dump tons of cow poop in the ditch until it gets all up in their well, I think I would have a serious problem with that landowner don't you?</font></p><p><font size="2">A </font><em style="font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;"><font size="2">pediphile</font></em><em style="font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;"><font size="2">&#160;</font></em><font size="2">for example MAY SAY they are reformed, BUT; do you really want one coming on YOUR property? HOW would you know they are reformed and ready to do the right thing?</font></p><p><font size="2">You would pretty much know it by their actions! I have no actions of the district telling me they even plan on stopping by my home to see WHAT I am talking about with damages! That tells me clearly, they are NOT reformed and are still passing the buck on to the homeowner and that is that.</font></p><p><font size="2">Same ole Same Old and I will have none of it!</font></p><p>&#160;</p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="2">This is probably in the wrong title subject but here goes.</font></p><p><font size="2">Yes, at one time many were dismayed on how the monies collected were being used.&#160; And yes there was an organization formed to combat the mis use of funds.</font></p><p><font size="2">But lately and I'm sure it's because of the holding accountable, there has been a real urge by the BOS to listen to the constituents in this district.&#160; Whether it be self preservation or a real awakening doesn't matter.&#160; It's getting done.&#160; I will say personal attacks are not necessary; perseverence on law based complaints work.</font></p><p><font size="2">Now that this is coming about everyone needs to step back and work together.&#160; I myself see the need for unbiased cooperation between the residents and the ferw.&#160; After all, we elect them and hire and fire them.&#160; The experience that all have been through these last few years should be a real education for most.</font></p><p><font size="2">If we don't learn from our history, it's bound to be repeated.</font></p><p><font size="2">If there are still major issues to be solved and I'm sure there always will be, it would be in&#160;best interests&#160;to do it unemotionally and thoughtfully.&#160; With due process given to all sides of the coin.</font></p>]]></description>

							<title>Criminal Suit against the FERWCD</title>

<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="2">The <strong>FERWCD </strong>(Flagler Estates Road and Water Management District) is what is called a 'Special District'. Special District's are not unusual to be created across the nation to help assist a County in servicing the needs of outlaying areas within that county.</font></p><p><font size="2">Such Special Districts are also generally allowed to levy Taxes against the residents within their district so that they may perform the function they were setup to serve for those residents. This tax is in addition to the County taxes levied against the residents.</font></p><p><font size="2">One disputed advantage of such Special District's is that it takes some of the burden off of the County itself from having to Road, Water, and other issues in outlaying areas of the county directly by forming more localized ON SITE type Special Districts within these outlaying areas which are formed to deal directly with such issues.</font></p><p><font size="2">The ideology behind this makes perfect sense IF IT IS FOLLOWED as Special District's which are on site within the community they serve can have a better grasp on what that community Needs, Wants, and what they can afford MUCH better than someone sitting in the County Courthouse.</font></p><p><font size="2">Special District's may be considered an Extension of the County and as such they are also subject to the same Rules, Laws, and general good practices procedures in performing the job they were set in place to perform!</font></p><p><font size="2">Here in Flagler Estates our Special District is the FERWCD and it certainly has not been following any sort of Best practices, rules, and have often disregarded laws as they pertain to the EPA, St johns river management district, and the Florida Sunshine Laws itself.</font></p><p><font size="2">They are also often NOT responsive to residents complaints, or needs, and when the FERWCD causes Damage or infringements upon a residents property they seem to feel they are above the law and do NOT even need to address the issue at all period!</font></p><p><font size="2"></font><p>&#160;</p><p><font size="2">Now I know there is a LOT of that sort of thing going on across the country with government not being responsible to its constituents and I know that trying to get one Government agency to attempt a lawsuit or criminal suit against the other is very difficult indeed. It CAN however be done!</font></p><p><font size="2">What I wish to proceed ahead with at this time is to gather as much information as is possible from other residents here in Flagler Estates regarding YOUR personal experiences with the FERWCD, your complaints and what the FERWCD did to resolve them and get it all put together for a formal complaint to be submitted to the states attorney's office and others.</font></p><p><font size="2">I will use it along with other previous fillings of wrong doings which were already filled some time back to help build a legal case against the district.</font></p><p><font size="2">The fact of the matter is that IF the district is being non responsive to those they were setup here to serve, perhaps the ONLY WAY to gain some respect from them is to SUE THEM for damages and once a Legal Case has been built against them, suing them in court for a Monetary award for YOUR damages just got a whole lot easier to pursue.</font></p><p><font size="2">One person alone can NOT get much done when trying to make ANY government agency, or a Special District accountable for its illegal actions! It takes a group of people who are tired of all the BS and wish to make where they live an attractive place for others to move out here.</font></p><p><font size="2">jeh32145</font></p></p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="2"><strong>To: Flagler Estates Road and Water Control District (FERWCD)<br />From: John Hogan<br />10065 Baylor Ave, Hastings, FL, 32145<br />Phone: 386-329-1962<br /></strong><br />In regards to my formal complaint;<br /><br />My fence is falling into the ditch, and my well is full of sediment. Both issues were non existent not long ago but are in fact due because of all the recent dredging, and bank scalping which has caused erosions, sediment, and killing all the grass which helps hold the banks together. This may be my problem, however; it is NOT my responsibility to have to fix as neither myself nor mother nature has created this problem - YOU DID!<br /><br />We live on the corner of Baylor and Olga. When we moved in here just 4 years ago I was able to make 2 swaths with a push mower on the Olga side ditch between our wooden fence and the ditch to maintain the weeds. Today, I can &#160;not even walk on that side of the fence as the fence is right against the side of the ditch now. The fence is just about ready to fall into the ditch as there is not enough earth around the poles supporting the fence any longer due to all the digging and scalping and erosion caused by the ferwcd over the last 4 years.<br /><br />Our water is also full of silt and not suitable to drink or shower with or wash clothes in. This is also due to the ferwcd. If our water were bad when we moved in here the back would never have given us the loan as the county requires water testing prior to moving in as you know. These things are both created by he FERWCD and have only gotten worse every day. We had our water tested again 2 years ago by Rain Soft and it came back as clean as Rain Soft water. It is just over the last 2 years with all the digging, dredging, scalping, erosion, etc that this has reared its ugly head.<br /><br />I want to know what you intend to do about this issue. I WANT the FERWCD to PAY for moving the fence and PAY for moving our well. It would seem to be the same ole same old type of response so typical of the district in the past :(</font></p><p><font size="2">With that in mind, it would seem the District WANTS me to sue them and to bring a criminal case against them to the states atorneys office. I suppose they believe they are immune to current laws, and to the civil courts!</font></p><p><font size="2">Well, Maybe they are. Maybe they are not <img src='http://flagler-estates.com/news/e107_images/emotes/default/smile.png' alt='' style='vertical-align:middle; border:0' />  This is of course NOT something I want to do (never did), But; it is not only my right to do so under law, but it is my duty as an American to do so.</font></p><p><font size="2">If nothing else, when I am done, I am pretty sure that the district WILL CHANGE it's tone regarding Flagler Estates residents complaints and take them seriously. I also believe they will quickly amend their ways with current trends to disregard current EPA, and River management Districts requirements and proper procedures under law.</font></p><p><font size="2">--</font></p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<h1><font size="2">Palatka Society Animal Shelter</font></h1><p><font size="2"><strong>By: Candy</strong></font></p><p><font size="2"><img alt="dog" height="120" src="http://flagler-estates.com/news/e107_images/custom/animalspeople/big_headed_tiny_dog_awake_md_wht.gif" style="vertical-align: middle;" width="120" />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; I am so impressed with this agency I thought it to be worth while to share with other Flagler Estates residents to promote them.&#160; While many may not have a need for these services, it would behoove us as a community to share it with our neighbors.&#160; Even if you do not own an animal, it would be beneficial to our neighborhood for those that would be willing to contribute to such a worthwhile cause.&#160; Hopefully we can get something started for others later toward the middle of the year.&#160; So here is my story of the day! </font></p><p><font size="2">While searching different agencies in which to get three abandoned baby kittens fixed, I checked with the Palatka Humane Society Thrift Store to see if they had a recommendation I could pursue.&#160; In talking with Karen that runs the store she referred me to the Palatka Society Animal Shelter at 386-325-1587.&#160; Upon calling them I was told that it would cost me a whopping $20 each for a neuter AND a rabies shot, and a monetary donation to the animal food bank.</font></p><p><font size="2">I was informed that I would take them to the "Park and Ride" at the intersection of State Road 207 and US 17 in Palatka for a biweekly pickup, at which time they would be transported to Jacksonville for the surgery and I would need to pick them up tonight (dropped them this morning).</font></p><p><font size="2">In the meantime today I received a call regarding one of them, and learned that they also get a full physical exam, all for $20 each.&#160; Come to find out one of the babies had a severe abscessed tooth, which they were not even sure they were going to be able to pull.&#160; They asked if I could afford the additional $18 charge for the pain meds and antibiotics, which I had no problem with.&#160; When I asked how much for the extraction, I was told that if I could afford to pay an additional $18 it would be appreciated.</font></p><p><font size="2">These people were so compassionate and caring about the animals, it was not about the money.&#160; They called me three times today once before the surgery, directly afterward to tell me the extraction was accomplished, and then to let me know that all 3 were awake and well.&#160; After June this will be one of my new endeavors, to do everything in my power to support and help this agency.&#160; </font></p><p><font size="2">The program has been such a success that beginning next month, they will be making weekly trips for pick ups to the Park and Ride.&#160; They offer all types of services for dogs and cats, charges vary but obviously you can not go wrong here.&#160; What a absolute phenomenal experience!</font></p><p><font size="2">If you are interested in their services or can donate anything the agency is<br />"First Coast No More Homeless Pets.org"&#160; the website is </font><a href="http://www.fcnmhp.org" target="_blank"><font size="2">http://www.fcnmhp.org</font></a></p>]]></description>

Bartering is as ancient as the world itself and for a reason IT WORKS when governments and the money system FAILS!</p><p>Everyone has something they can exchange for goods/services they are in need of. Here in Flagler Estates we can raise chickens, goats, cows (a small number of them), Geese, and we all have plenty of LAND to put up a very nice home garden.</p><p>This community is RICH INDEED with our ability to survive no matter what happens to the dollar in the times ahead. I do this system with many residents, strangers, members of the Farmers Markets that we attend. We all know the US $$ Is getting reeady to take a major dive (basically it wont be worth the paper it is written on) at some point very soon.&#160; What do you do when you can NOT BUY FOOD and the staples of life?&#160; Well - You will STARVE...</p><p>Our Online Bartering system WILL HELP YOU to survive when your dollar is worthless and the stores themselves are OUT of food to sell. This is a farming community here in FE and all around us, Many residents here are already growing food vegetables fruits and more, Some have Chickens, Cows, Geese, Eggs and more. By being able to TRADE (that is bartering) YOUR STUFF with other local residents for what you need, it will make our community strong, and we will survive it all.</p><p>Basically YOU for instance MAY have a decent garden with LOADS of tomatoes, lettuce, etc... You really do not need any more of such as you already have Plenty. You may however need some Potatoes, or Onions, or even a new Computer Monitor... WHY PAY FOR IT when you can likely make a Deal with someone in your area for that which you need who may also be in need of what YOU have plenty of on hand.</p><p>Now, IF you use US TAKE US Currency for payment of something you are selling you ARE required to pay Taxes on that as income as well as state sales tax... IF on the other hand you are trading goods or services for other goods and services and money does NOT exchange hands you are NOT liable under law to pay ANYTHING to ANYONE...</p><p>When every dollar makes the difference in survival or NOT, does it not make sense to use what you already have at the bargaining table?</p><p>This site is setup as a test bed for this new system actually so we expect your input, ideas, and suggestions. we CAN work with the FECC, the FECIA, and others in the area to make this an effective program for all of you, but we can not do it alone. I am happy to attend special meetings in this regard and speak at such meetings. Faster than what took place in Argentina, Mexico, and Russia put together. Plus, what they lend out to other financial firms. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Not to mention, the feds recent supply of new </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">credit lines</font></a><font color="#000000"> to Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, and Singapore to "<em>help those countries deal with the global credit crisis.</em>" The feds will start at $30 billion and have promised up to </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">$100 billion dollars</font></a><font color="#000000"> per country. </font></p><p><font color="#000000"><strong>Can someone say HYPER-INFLATION !</strong> </font></p><p><font color="#000000">If you can't see where the </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">U.S. dollar and gold</font></a><font color="#000000"> are headed, I'll be crystal clear! The dollar is going in the exact same direction as the Zimbabwe dollar and Mexican peso. Between the last devaluations of the peso, it's lost 99.9%. If you want to know the </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">price of gold</font></a><font color="#000000"> in old pesos; you just have to multiply gold by 100,000. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">With everything that has taken place, many "<em>main-stream</em>" TV commentators believe or want us to believe, that the </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">U.S. dollar</font></a><font color="#000000"> is now the currency of choice; a safe haven or flight to quality. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Nothing can be further from the truth. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">The fact is that the </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">U.S. dollar</font></a><font color="#000000"> is now seen as a liability, not an asset. More and more countries are walking away from it. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">The reason the </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">U.S. dollar</font></a><font color="#000000"> has gone higher is due to the $598 trillion dollar derivatives market. You see, hedge funds have over leveraged themselves and have been hit with tremendous margin calls as markets move against them. They have been forced to liquidate their investments overseas, <em>which is why overseas markets are now crashing</em>. They're liquidating to come up with equity to pay off margin accounts, which need to be paid off in </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">U.S. dollars</font></a><font color="#000000">. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">The </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">dollar</font></a><font color="#000000"> is NOT rising because it's a "safe haven" or a flight to quality; but rather to satisfy U.S. margin accounts. Remember until further notice, margin accounts in most emerging world markets can also be satisfied in </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">U.S. dollars</font></a><font color="#000000"> hence, the surge in demand for the </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">U.S. dollar</font></a><font color="#000000"> over the past few weeks. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Now let's talk about <strong>deflation</strong>. It's true deflation is here! Deflation is a normal stage in any depressionary economic cycle. Prices of goods and services are going down, they have to. We have an over inventory of cars, electronics, homes, etc... The universal law of supply and demand kicks in. Sellers of goods and services are forced to devalue their prices in order to attract buyers. Regardless of lower prices, people just aren't buying. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Have no fear, deflation won't be here long. The <em>un</em>-federal reserve assures us of that, every time they create money out of thin air. </font></p><p><font color="#000000"><strong>Hyper inflation is just around the corner!</strong> </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Anyone with a head on their shoulders knows that current consumer price index (CPI) is phony! Real </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">inflation</font></a><font color="#000000"> is much higher then government reported numbers. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Whether you believe hyper inflation is coming or not, you better prepare for it. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">It happened to the Argentina, Russia, Germany, and recently to Zimbabwe. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">It's true; our government is just as irresponsible in their creation of </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">money</font></a><font color="#000000">. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Another key issue that's looming on the horizon is the <strong>five dollar floor</strong> for mutual funds. By law, mutual funds have to sell out of stocks that are trading under $5 per share. With the recent drop in the Dow, a lot of stocks are getting dangerously close to that mark, and when they get there, all mutual funds holding that stock, will have to sell it, creating a snow ball effect. Plus don't forget we are walking into the worst retail Christmas season, ever forecasted. When the depressing numbers hit Wall Street, get ready to see the DOW take another dive! </font></p><p align="center"><font color="#000000"><strong>Now let's talk about the nasty rumor of market manipulation&#160;<br />&#160;<br />and price fixing in the gold and silver markets.</strong> </font></p><p><font color="#000000">The commodity futures trading commission (CFTC) puts out the "Commitments of Traders" (COT) reports. In where the public can clearly see the net long or short positions held by non-commercial and commercial institutions in all exchange trade commodity markets. Well, without dragging this out.. It's true! Up until the first week of November, <strong>two</strong> well known </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">bullion</font></a><font color="#000000"> banks held %76 of all the short positions in the </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">silver</font></a><font color="#000000"> pits and the same two Institutions also held 60% of all the short positions in the gold pits at the New York Mercantile Exchange and the COMEX division. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">The question is, "can this go on forever"? The answer is NO! </font></p><p><font color="#000000">In fact, the CFTC is now in an active investigation of both the gold and silver pits. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Plus! At or before the expiration of the specified futures contract (</font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">gold/silver</font></a><font color="#000000">) all short positions must be satisfied by either the sale of the commodity (</font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">gold and silver</font></a><font color="#000000">) or the buying back of the short position. Well, we know they can't sell metals they don't have, therefore the only other option is to buy the short positions back, with a sizable profit I'm sure. Nevertheless, they will be bought back. Which will add a frenzy of buying, ultimately sparking the next Bull Run in that market. </font></p><p><font color="#000000">Ladies and gentlemen, the time has never been better to own tangible </font><a href="http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=GjbK4&amp;m=1e8Kcx_XwfvrN1&amp;b=UgC291529DrWGUF23PO3uw"><font color="#000000">gold and silver</font></a><font color="#000000">. We all know what gold and silver are capable of when the buying frenzy starts. The pages never seem to come out as you expect and even pages which LOOK like they would fit onto a single sheet of paper often do not.</font></p><p><font size="2">Making single page printouts of Classifieds, Realty Listings, Job Postings, and other such content is important to your contents viewers. It is also important should you wish to POST your ads at local Bulletin Boards, as Hand Outs, or other such marketing methods as a 2 page spread simple does NOT CUT it with most people (and it is much more expensive for YOU to print as well).</font></p><p><font size="2">We ASK OUR ad placers creating Classifieds at this site to create their ads in a certain fashion, and use Photos or images of a certain SIZE range not to be a PIA for them, but to HELP THEM as well as their ads viewers to make nice easy Printouts for more effective Marketing for your ad placements at our site..</font></p><p><font size="2">Many Classifieds at this site simply will NOT FIT onto a single sheet of paper when printed regardless of how well the ad placer has followed our rules and guidelines. A lot of people do not know that for pages which are ONLY SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN A SINGLE SHEET OF PAPER, it is likely they can simply SCALE that page on down a little bit and it will still look very nice and WILL PRINT on a single sheet of paper.</font></p><p><font size="2">Many people do have printers which make it easy for them to automatically SCALE a page DOWN a bit, many do NOT, still others MAY have such, but do not know how to use the feature. With all this in mind below is a way to do this task which should work for the majority of Internet viewers today of your classified ads within our system.</font></p><p><font size="2"><hr /></font></p><p><font size="2">For the purposes of this short in line Tutorial on printing pages, we use one of our Sample Realty Listings I created to help our viewers SEE what they can do at this site. I use this as an example as it contains some 5 photos and a Virtual Tour so it will be one of the LARGER type Classifieds with all that in the ad.</font></p><p><a href="http://a1a-classifieds.com/e107_plugins/r_classifieds/realtyads.php?0.item.2.2.1"><font size="2">http://a1a-classifieds.com/e107_plugins/r_classifieds/realtyads.php?0.item.2.2.1</font></a><font size="2">&#160;This is the Sample we are going to show you..</font></p><p><font size="2"><hr /></font></p><p><font size="2">Okay, first step of course is to bring UP the classified you are interested in making a print out of. 							<title>How to make Panoramic jpg style Tours</title>

<description><![CDATA[<h1><font size="2" style="font-size: x-small;">How to make Panoramic JPG's for virtual Tours at Flagler Estates news</font></h1><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The first thing to creating those neat Panning type Tours such as in realty listings and such is to get the photos you will need to use</span></strong></p><p>Of course for use on the Internet it is best to use a Digital Camera which is set upon a Tripod for steady shots. </p><p>There is no real need for a Special type of digital&#160;camera... You will wish to set your camera to what is likely the lowest setting (IE: 800x600 pixels or somewhere in that range) if possible.&#160;&#160;For a full 360<sup>0</sup>&#160;view you are going to need about 12-14 photos in total.. EACH photo MUST OVER LAP by about 10%... If your photos do NOT overlap enough, the software used for Stitching the photos together<br />will NOT WORK properly..</p><p>You do NOT need to take your photos using some ridiculous settings such a 10 megabyte photos (they will not display at 10 megs online anyway).. the overalls display size will be reduced to some 320 pixels in width anyway so use a setting on your camera of say some 640 pixels in size or 800 pixels or even 1024 pixels (which is about the 2 meg setting) and it will be dandy <img src='http://flagler-estates.com/news/e107_images/emotes/default/smile.png' alt='' style='vertical-align:middle; border:0' /> </p><p>Leave your ZOOM lens ALONE and do NOT zoom in while taking your photos (set it before the first photo and LEAVE IT BE)... </p><p>NOW that you HAVE your photos taken properly, you need some sort of software to enable you to Stitch them all together into a Seamless .JPG image. There are lots of these available online. We have such ourselves and IF YOU GET the photos and get them done per the above, we can get it done FOR YOU (for $35.00 per).. We will also get these done and UPDATE your Realty Listings with such FOR YOU for that price with the tour included..</p><p>You MUST have followed the above advice however (we have done MANY of these) or the results you get will NOT be as you expect.. Use a Tripod, Center the Camera in the tripod, Level the Tripod within reason, shoot your photos one at a time with some 10% overlap for EVERY PHOTO (remember you will need about 12-14 photos total), Do NOT pan up and down just left to right or right to left, Keep everything as Steady as is possible and just shoot your photos <img src='http://flagler-estates.com/news/e107_images/emotes/default/smile.png' alt='' style='vertical-align:middle; border:0' /> </p><p>These types of panoramic views are nice and can give the viewer a bit more perspective on the overlay of how things really look when done properly.&#160; As we indicate, there really is NO NEED for special Lenses, Cameras, or other.. Just do per the above, and your photos will come out fine for use in a Virtual Tour type panoramic..</p><p>We CAN do these for you but that is going to cost a few bucks of course (Travel time, etc).. We use Nikon Cameras which have a special Setting JUST for Panoramics (you do not need that but our cameras have it non the less).</p><p><hr /></p><p>You may also wish to do a VIDEO of your property/Car/Boat, etc... Video can contain AUDIO as well as you narrate along a virtual Walk around or live Demonstration. You can take your video, and upload it to YouTube, or your own website if you have a website, and simply make a call to the video from within your classified and it will work just dandy. </p><p>Popular VIdeo formats for the web are .MOV, WMV, and FLASH videos... 							<title>The US Bill of Rights and US Constitution soon to be illegal under USA LAW</title>

<description><![CDATA[<p>You all should know that everything which happens at the Federal level affects everything you do, can do, how much money you can make, where you can live, and most everything else. That is why this section is here within our pages. You DO KNOW of course that plans have been developed and SIGNED into treaty already to get rid of the Bill of Rights and US Constitution altogether didn't you?</p><p>Look it up.. It is called the NAU (North American Union) President George W Bush had drafted and signed into agreement with Canada and Mexico back in 2003. The NAU in reality will dissolve the USA totally including the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights (almost gone anyway), and even our Currency the US Dollar.&#160; The New Currency has already been printed ' The Amero' for some time now and will be the Official Currency for the NAU.</p><p>All of this has been happening in the shadows behind closed doors while America has been asleep. The national news media of our day KNOW ALL about these things and have actually been helping to get them done in the shadows by helping to keep all these things OUT of the light of day until what they feel 'The time is right' to see to it that they are fully divulged and made public..</p><p>Sooo what you can do now as a patriot is to keep on doing what you have been doing already, Watch the national News Media and BUY from their sponsors (as that is how they keep in business), Keep Praising GWB for all the great things he has been up to during his terms in office, and keep voting for the lesser of two evils just as you have been doing since you can remember.</p><p>Let us keep up the good work we have been so diligent with in the past because surely we all realize the truth in the old adage 'If you want to get the same things tomorrow you are getting today, keep doing the same things tomorrow you are doing now' - Nothing changes, if nothing changes!</p><p>Sometime soon, the nations headlines in the national News Media sources (which have been keeping important things from you for decades now) WILL have to tell the story of How and Why the Bill of rights, and the Constitution are Illegal and that in fact you and your children ARE NOW and have always been slaves in America and how we have in fact Demanded our own Slavery..
