Flagler Estates news Members Posting rights

By default when your account has been approved and you are all ready to go you will already by default have access to post to the following Modules and areas of this site. Bear in mind this site uses a Modular approach to systems and services (Each service below is a separate Module), with a Granular approach to Posting rights for each module!

This simply means that you as a member are entitled to Post to the modules below, but NOT entitled to ABUSE your posting rights at any of them. FOLLOW THE RULES for posting within each module, or we will REMOVE your posting rights to those modules.

Our general policies at ALL of our FECN News sponsored sites include: NO Adult only type Links or images are allowed, NO MLM (Multi Level Marketing) type ads or links are allowed, NO THREATS are allowed and no BASHING of other members of this site is allowed! Play Nice.

Members wishing to see New Forum Categories, Business Links categories, Classifieds Categories, or any other such things including Upgrading your account will need to contact us via PM Message to: owner . As time goes on we WILL add other sub admins and add them to our Contact us page.

• Forums No Classifieds are allowed here (we have classifieds for placing classifieds type ads and such).
• Chat Box No business type discussions are allowed in the chat box.. It is here to allow member to member discussions ranging from HELPING another member, to light casual type REAL TIME Chatting with members
• General Classifieds Allowed 2 FREE Classifieds per 30 day period which will automatically expire after 30 days. Allowed a single Photo for each you may upload, and you can link UP to other photos as well easily.
  
  We also have separate Classifieds Modules we are setting up for: Personals, Automotive, Boats, Business Classifieds, and Real Estate Listings.
• Jokes Keep the jokes Clean enough for the younger viewers of this site and no Racial type jokes please
• Recipes Add your favorite recipes with a photo
• Business Links You may place a link to your business (NO MLM type listings allowed)
• Private Messenger Use this to safely send off a private message to other members or to us. You CAN include a small file such as a Photo, or PDF file and such to the member you wish to send a PM to.
• WYSIWYG Editor This is our What You See Is What You Get inline editor which allows you to use full rich HTML type content in your postings without having to know or learn HTML. Our Forum Moderators, Article Columnist, and some others WILL have access to upload some photos to this system - Others will NOT.
  
  Use of the WYSIWYG editor is NOT turned on by default for members!  Forum Moderators, Article Columnist and Blog writers WILL have access to this inline editor. Others who post content regularly at this site can also request such access and it will likely be granted to them. 
  
  This editing system also allows members the ability to Upload photos/images for use within their content as created within this site however uploading rights are HIGHLY limited solely to those members we feel very good about in that they will follow our guidelines for such...

Other Modules we also maintain, but require the member to Request posting rights to are such as:

• Calendar of Events Ideally this is setup to allow a SINGLE MEMBER who is in the know about the area they live within the right to put up in the calendar important upcoming events
• Member Article Columns This is a very good way for you to get credit where credit is due in your area of expertise, or even just general topics of interest in which you have knowledge (sorta like a Blog but better).
  
  If you are knowledgeable about Hunting, Fishing, Cooking out, Family life and Living, Training your KIDS (funny), Politics, Gardening, Religion, Home Improvements, or just about ANYTHING ELSE you can imagine, Why not have us create an article Column JUST FOR YOU... ONLY YOU can add content to your own Channel, and if your content is very GOOD, we will link directly up to it at many other high traffic sites across the Internet.
  
  You ARE allowed to add some light advertising in YOUR Channel if you wish so this is a GREAT way to market your business if you have one and are an expert in your field.
• Photo Gallery Allowed for Photo Buffs to add interesting Photos of local Events, Nature, and more
• Job Search module NO MLM jobs are allowed nor WORK FROM HOME also is not allowed unless we personally have checked OUT the program you wish to offer.
• News Editors This is a specialized member right to post content in our Main Page News.  Training IS required and we would only accept those knowledgeable enough in using their computer already, and can closely follow our directions as to HOW to post to our news
• Userjournals (AKA: Blogs)  Members who are knowledgable and can effectively Write about a subject matter of interest are encouraged to request Blog writing access rights. Blog categories WILL be created on the fly based upon requests by members and can include most anything you can imagine from Hunting, Fishing, Travel, Bargain Shopping, Health today, Fitness and exercise, Healthy Eating, Green Living, Environmental issues, Pet Care, Married with Children (remember that show?), and the list goes on limited by your imagination...
  
  Now, NOT everyone wanting to write about something will be approved! We wish to have Quality content of course so we will CALL those who make such requests pesonally before approval... Now, in your blog you CAN do some light advertising/marketing for a business you may have which of course will greatly increase your businesses exposure in your local areas since this site itself is more geographically and demographically targeted than the norm.

We encourage area residents to sign up as a member which then allows them to participate in adding content within our pages from Forum Postings, Classifieds, Realty Listings, News, Article Columns, Job postings in the area, and much more. Membership IS FREE here at FECN, and this site IS very well ranked in the search engines!

Very powerful marketing methods are using which are pretty much automatic which of course makes for a nice incentive for you to advertise your Classifieds, Job listings, and other content right here FOR FREE! Being that this site is free we will accept Paid For advertising from local area businesses as they are relevant to this sites general policies and mission..

We KEEP ALL THINGS LOCAL for our community oriented web portals (such as this site) which means NO google ads, No Amazon com ads, no OTHER ads except for those businesses located within a NORMAL driving distance and areas where you would normally be able to GO TO and shop at their STORE..

Keep it simple (KISS) keep it LOCAL is the key to keeping YOUR community STRONG..
